Plaintiff-appellant, Dennis Starcher (plaintiff), instituted a declaratory judgment action against defendants-appellees, Edwin J. Bonza, d.b.a. Edwin J. Bonza & Company (Bonza), Reserve Insurance Company (Reserve), and Evans O. and Shirley Jackson (individual defendants). The complaint was amended to include Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (Nationwide) as a defendant.
