— Affirming.

The receiver of the Louisville Trust Company brought an action to recover statutory double liability which had been assessed against the BancoKentucky .Company, a Delaware corporation. The circuit court rendered judgment against the BancoKentucky Company and its receiver in the sum of $1,632,677, the assessment having' been made at the rate of $100 per share, because of 16,326.77 shares of the capital stock of the Louisville Trust Company beneficially owned by the BancoKentucky company by virtue of its holding of trustees’ participation…
