WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge.

Michael Barile was convicted of making materially false statements to the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 1001 and 2. Barile challenges his conviction on the grounds that the district court erred by excluding impeachment evidence and by not permitting opinion testimony regarding the materiality of Barile’s false statements.
