Plaintiff Jo Ann Wilkerson claims that her former employer, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), discriminated against her on the basis of her race, sex, and age, and requests relief under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. , and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 633a.
