Overview
This court previously inspected the grand jury minutes and found that there was legally sufficient evidence establishing all of the charges against all of the abovenamed defendants. The evidence presented to the grand jury established sufficiently that defendants, all of whom were New York City police officers and/or PBA (Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association) delegates or trustees, engaged in a scheme involving the fixing1 of summonses given for illegal parking and for moving violations.
