This suit was brought in the Pulaski Chancery Court by appellant to foreclose a mortgage against appellees. The note and mortgage were executed on December 20, 1927. The summons was issued and served on the appellees more than 20 days, and no answer had been filed, and the appellant filed motion to enter judgment and decree.
