Mrs. Langley obtained a judgment against Mrs. Eosenthal on September 19, 1933, on a homestead-waiver note, on which execution issued and was recorded on the general execution docket on September 21, 1933. On October 24, 1933, Mrs. Eosenthal filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy, and was adjudicated a bankrupt on the following day. She claimed a homestead, and the trustees set apart to her certain household and kitchen furniture and jewelry, all of the value of about $900.
