The judgment was announced by the court and a minute thereof made by the clerk, and a formal judgment drawn up and signed by the judge on the 23d day of September, 1882, but such formal judgment in writing and the findings were not filed until the 2d day of March, 1883, and the costs were taxed and entered in a blank thereof on the 17th day of February, 1883.
