*1427Based upon that conduct, petitioner commenced this proceeding alleging that respondent had committed the family offenses of aggravated harassment in the second degree and stalking. Thereafter, Family Court granted respondent’s motion to dismiss the stalking offense and the cause of action for aggravated harassment in the second degree proceeded to a hearing. Family Court found that respondent committed the offense and issued a two-year order of protection requiring her to stay away from petitioner, his wife and their children. Respondent now appeals.
