Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Schenectady County (Polk, J.), entered October 23, 2015, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 8, for an order of protection.

Petitioner and respondent are the married parents of two children (born in 2008 and 2009). The parties separated in 2014 and, in February 2015, petitioner commenced this proceeding alleging that respondent committed certain family offenses.
