— Judgment, insofar as it imposes sentence, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to reduce the sentence to an indeterminate term of imprisonment which shall have a minimum of one and one-half years and a maximum of three years and, as modified, affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted of criminally negligent homicide after his tractor, i.e., a truck without a trailer, struck and killed an eight-year-old girl.
