This action arises out of renovation work done on a multi-unit house owned by the plaintiff, Shirley Graham (“Graham”), in Cam*570bridge, Massachusetts. Graham contacted Just A Start Corporation (“Just A Start”), a nonprofit organization devoted to community development, to facilitate the renovation. Defendant Choo and Company, Inc.
