Shaun D. Reed (“Reed”) appeals his conviction for burglary of an occupied dwelling accompanied by an assault or battery, contending that the trial court erred in instructing the jury on the stealthy-entry inference set forth in section 810.07(1), Florida Statutes. While the trial court erred in giving this instruction, we affirm because the error was harmless.
