Borne Chemical Company, Inc., the debt- or and plaintiff in the above captioned complaint, seeks a declaration of its rights under the financing agreement dated February 29, 1980, which it entered into with the lender and defendant, Lincoln First Commercial Corporation, pursuant to this Court’s financing Order dated February 27, 1980.
