=The bill, in this case, was filed by the appellants against the appellee, under the statute, to quiet the title of complainants to the lands described. The agreed statement of facts shows that the paper title to the lands is in the defendant. The complainants claim under a quitclaim deed from R. A. O’Rear, who claimed under a quitclaim deed from T. L. Long, who held under a tax deed from the probate .judge of Walker county, dated September 8, 1898.
