Action by William Cauley, appellee, against the city of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Street Railway Company, appellants, to recover damages for personal injuries received by reason of the fall of the West Washington street bridge over White river, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of appellants. As against Indianapolis, appellee charges that the city negligently permitted said bridge to become out of repair and dangerous for traffic, and, with knowledge, negligently suffered it toi be and remain out of repair, and to be used by the public as a thoroughfare for traffic.
