A special meeting of the electors of defendant district was held on January 21, 1927, at which it was voted to issue the bonds of the district in the sum of $40,000, the proceeds to be used in erecting and furnishing a new addition to the main building. Plaintiffs, taxpayers of • the district, file this bill to restrain such action. They insist, that Act No. 219, Pub. Acts 1925, then in force (now repealed by Act No. 319, Pub.
