The plaintiffs, taxicab operators, seek to recover from the United States sums of money paid by them to the Fort Leonard Wood Exchange pursuant to contracts between the parties. Defendant has moved for summary judgment on the ground that no genuine issue of fact is involved and as a matter of law, plaintiffs’ petitions must be dismissed.
