Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment in a condemnation proceeding awarding appellee $3352, .of which amount $2778.84 was found by the jury in obedience to a peremptory instruction of the Court. The latter amount represented the cost to appellee of removing from the south side to the north side of U. S. Highway 23 approximately 3000 feet of pipe line constituting part of a water system owned and operated by appellee in supplying water to the residents of its Riverview Subdivision lying immediately south of the right-of-way between the cities…
