On March 29, 1963, the appellees, Mt. Airy Plumbing & Heating, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Mt. Airy, and County Floor Service, Inc., hereinafter referred to as County Floor (both having the same president and common business office), filed separate mechanics’ liens in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, in the amounts of $2,385.00 and $503.00 respec tively against property, improved by a dwelling house, located on Deer Park Road, title to which was then vested in the appellants, August Wohlmuther and Jennie M.
