Kilday, Judge:

The appellant, Major Felix S. Satey, was tried by general court-martial, convened at Fort Gordon, Georgia, on eight specifications of larceny from the United States Government and two specifications of signing a false official record, in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 121 and 107, 10 USC §§ 921 and 907, *102respectively. He pleaded not guilty. The appellant was found not guilty of two specifications of larceny and two specifications of signing a false official record, but otherwise guilty as charged.
