ORDER
CURRIE, District Judge.
This consolidated action arises from the review and adjustment of Plaintiffs’ hospital bills by Defendant MRS Medical Review Systems, Inc. (“MRS”). Jurisdiction is based upon diversity of citizenship. This matter is presently before the court on the motions to dismiss of MRS. The court has carefully reviewed the entire record in this matter and heard oral argument. For reasons discussed more fully below, the court concludes that the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (“ERISA”), preempts Plaintiffs’ state law causes of action.
