These two cases were submitted together on the same facts. Suit was brought by the plaintiffs severally against the McDonald Manufacturing Company and others, on claims for borrowed money of over $10,000 each, which occurred before the recording of the trust deed hereafter mentioned, and the garnishee summons was served on the 10th day of July, 1884.
