This action was brought to set aside a deed of sixty-two acres of land, made by the defendant Isaac C. Burr, to Franklin P. Smith, and by him to Ellen A. Burr, the wife of Isaac, on the ground that the deeds were made with intent to hinder, delay and defraud the creditors of Isaac, of whom the plaintiff was one.
