CROSS, District Judge.

[1] This suit in equity is for an injunction and accounting for alleged infringement of letters patent No. 726,391, for an improvement in means for varying delta-connected voltages, issued April 28, 1903, to Armstrong and Woodbridge, assignors to the complainant. The only claim involved is No. 1, which is as follows:

“The combination óf a plurality of translating devices connected in delta, interior taps from said devices, and a plurality of conductors constituting a multiphase system of distribution connected to said taps.”
