This was an action brought by the respondents, as creditors of Katherine Wist, to set aside a deed made by her to George Wist, the appellant, conveying to him certain real estate, on the grounds that the same was made by Katherine Wist with intent to hinder, delay, and defraud the respondents, and was accepted by George Wist with knowledge of- such fraudulent intent.
