This appeal is by plaintiff, James Gray, from a final deeree of the court of common pleas dismissing his bill in equity filed against defendants, Arthur L. Leibert, Harry F. Leibert and Ethel A. Leibert, for a reconveyance of certain real estate, known as the Creek Road property, situated in the City of Bethlehem, Northampton County; and for an accounting of certain moneys.
