Price, J.:

This is a divorce action. The court granted a divorce to the plaintiff wife, awarded permanent alimony and made a division of the property. Both parties have appealed from the lower court’s judgment with reference to the property matters.

The evidence is not abstracted but the court made comprehensive findings of fact which show the following situation:
