The State appeals the trial court’s grant of a juvenile’s motion to suppress statements made by him to police. OCGA § 5-7-1 (4).

Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department Detectives Johanson and Kattaron, and Lieutenant Keenum, appeared at the 14-year-old’s house at approximately 1:3Q to 2:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning, seeking to question him in their investigation of a burglary and arson after a midnight residential fire elsewhere.
