The bill of complaint herein was filed in the superior court of Grand Rapids, in chancery, to establish plaintiff's title to a strip of land 6.81 feet in width adjoining its club house on the north. The club house is located on the east side of Ransom avenue, between Fulton and Fountain streets, in the city of Grand Rapids.
