CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiffs-appellants are trustees of the Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Health and Welfare Fund (the “Fund”), a multi-employer, self-insuring trust fund governed by the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. The defendant-appellee, Indiana Insurance, is an insurance company authorized to sell its policies in the State of Michigan.
