DAVIS, Judge:

1 1 Kyle Stauffer challenges the Workforce Appeals Board's (the Board) decision denying him unemployment benefits on the basis that he was an independent contractor. We decline to set aside the Board's decision.

1 2 In May 2009, Stauffer approached Salt Lake Private Detectives/Statewide Process Servers (Employer) about working as a process server.
