Deceased died in 1925 leaving a will whereby he created a trust of his residuary for the benefit of his daughter during her life, with remainder over. By order of this court dated July 23,1926, there was computed the amount of tax which in the various contingencies might be collected when the actual vesting of the remainder interests occurred. Following that computation a deposit of securities having a face value of $140,000 was made with the State Tax Commission to secure the actual payment of the taxes on the remainder when eventually ascertained.
