The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of its order entered against Ben Duthler, Inc., and Family Foods, Inc., on February 24, 1966. The cases against the Respondents were consolidated in one complaint alleging violation of Section 8(a) (1), and (5) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (1) and (5). After a full evidentiary hearing, the Trial Examiner rendered a decision finding Duthler and Family Foods guilty coercive interrogations of their em-of violating Section 8(a) (1) by certain ployees and threats made to their…
