This is an application for a writ of mandamus to compel the respondent, the county recorder of Elko County, to transcribe and deliver to relator, the county recorder of Eureka County, certain records pursuant to the provisions *252of section 2 of tbe act entitled “An act to define and establish the boundary lines of Eureka County.” (Stat. 1875, 66.)
