Plaintiff D.N. (the “Parent”), individually and on behalf of her minor son, G.N. (the “Student”), brings this action against the New York City Department of Education (the “Department”) and its Chancellor, Dennis Walcott (collectively, the “defendants”), pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (the “IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq.
