On tie sixth day of January, 1915, tie appellee filed in tie Baltimore City Court a petition in which ie prayed tiat a writ of mandamus be issued against tie appellants commanding' them to receive his certificate of candidacy as a candidate for the nomination by the Republican party for the office of Mayor of the City of Baltimore, and also commanding' them to have printed upon the ballots to be used or voted by affiliated voters of said Republican…
