*824Defendant appeals his convictions and sentences for two counts of pandering. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Defendant was charged by bill of information with two counts of pandering, in violation of La. R.S. 14:84. He was arraigned and pleaded not guilty. Defendant filed motions to suppress the evidence, which were denied after a hearing. Thereafter, defendant withdrew his not guilty pleas and pleaded guilty as charged under State v.
