I. Background
The plaintiffs, Narain C. Scott, Christopher B. Sura, and Franz X. Buhagiar, and the class of individuals on whose behalf the plaintiffs seek to bring their claims, are employed by Aetna Services Inc. as “Systems Engineers” with “job codes” 504*14 and 504*16. Aetna classifies Systems Engineers with such job codes as exempt from the overtime pay requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq.
