Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of the Wayne Circuit Court dismissing his complaint with prejudice. Plaintiff had sought, under the Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq., records he maintained were being withheld from disclosure and production by defendants. The record indicates that plaintiff has filed a number of requests for various records and documents.
