Order unanimously modified and, as modified, affirmed, with costs to plaintiff, in accordance with the following memorandum: Plaintiff is a Buffalo police officer who was erroneously identified in a series of articles in the Buffalo Courier Express as a participant in a vicious beating of a city employee. In his defamation action against the newspaper, its former executive editor, and present and former reporters, he submitted a series of interrogatories.
