JACOBSON, Presiding Judge.
This case involves a product which is allegedly defective because of its design. The basic question on appeal is what is a “defect” for strict liability purposes in such a design case.
Appellant, Bobby Joe Brady, individually and as conservator of the estate of Tara Wynn Brady, brought an action against appellee Melody Homes Manufacturer (Melody Homes) for the death of Bobby Brian Brady and for injuries sustained by Tara Wynn Brady as the result of a fire which destroyed a mobile home manufactured by Melody Homes.
