A horse belonging to Luna, respondent to this petition for certiorari, was killed by a high tension electric power wire negligently exposed by an employee of the Electric Power Board of the City of Nashville, the petitioner for certiorari, and hereinafter sometimes referred to as Board. The Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment of the Circuit Court awarding damages stipulated as to amount.
