MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SEAR, Chief Judge.
This is a consolidated appeal from two orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana dismissing two adversary proceedings filed by debtor Billy Ray Eubanks against Esen-jay Petroleum Corporation. 1 Eubanks filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on August 7,1986. On February 15, 1990, Eubanks’ plan of reorganization was confirmed by the bankruptcy court. The confirmation order was affirmed by this Court on August 28, 1990.
