Roberts from that portion of a decretal: order of the Court below, which determined that her interest in her father’s estate passed to Messrs. Roberts and Reindol-. lar, trustees, under a deed of trust made by her and her husband, and the other by Margaret A. Landon and Clymer White, administrator, which involves the construction of the will of Augustus Shriver.
