MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

John McDermott (“McDermott”) and Space Hunters, Inc. (“Space Hunters”) bring this action seeking declaratory relief, injunctive relief, compensatory damages, punitive damages and attorneys’ fees under the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”), Title VIII, of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.
