This proceeding is'based upon a petition praying for the partition of certain land in Jackson county, Missouri, sale of the property and payment from the proceeds thereof of the costs and expense of the sale, including attorney’s fees, and asking for the reasonable value of permanent improvements made by plaintiffs while they were claiming’ in good faith to own the entire estate in the land, and for such other and further relief as to the court might seem just and proper.
