FORMAN, District Judge.

Matilda H. Sheridan, filed a petition in bankruptcy in this court August 7, 1939, which indicates that she was, employed as a school teacher in Nutley, N. J., and was receiving a salary of approximately $2,280 per annum. Her total indebtedness appears to be around $3,500 of which $780.94 was secured to an indeterminate extent.
