Rajab Tongwa Echessa (“Appellant”) appeals from a ruling of the Circuit Court of Greene County denying his motion for new trial and motion for rehearing, subsequent to a judgment and decree of dissolution of marriage (“judgment”) which dissolved his marriage with Jana Leigh Echessa (Buck) (“Respondent”). The judgment incorporated an oral property settlement agreement and an agreement which granted to Respondent the sole legal and physical custody of the parties’ minor child.
