OPINION AND ORDER
KOELTL, District Judge:
This is an appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) by the Board of Managers of the Cityspire Condominium (“Board”) from a final order dated July 23, 1994 of the Honorable Francis G. Conrad of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York (“Order”). In the Order, the Bankruptcy Court found that the Board breached two stipulations it had entered into with Vivian Cheng-Khanna, the appellee. The Court awarded Ms. Cheng-Khanna (1) $100,000.00 in punitive damages, (2) $68,500.00 ($100.00 per day from August 14,1992 to July 1,1994) pursuant…
